Terms & Conditions For Yes Yes Deliver

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Yes Yes Deliver website and the moving, furniture delivery, labor, packing, transportation, and related services offered by Yes Yes Deliver (“YYD,” “Yes Yes Deliver,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By requesting a quote, making a reservation, paying a deposit, accepting a proposal, signing a service agreement, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

For individual moving jobs, additional documents may apply, including a written estimate, Order for Service, Bill of Lading, inventory, valuation selection, tariff, booking confirmation, or other service agreement (“Service Documents”).

If these Terms conflict with a Service Document or any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, the Service Document or applicable law will control to the extent required.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to book services with Yes Yes Deliver.

If you book services on behalf of another person, business, property owner, tenant, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Our Services

Not every service is available in every location.

YYD reserves the right to decline any job that we reasonably determine cannot be performed safely, legally, or within the scope originally represented by the customer.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Pricing is based on information provided by the customer, which may include:

* Pickup and delivery addresses

* Inventory

* Number and size of items

* Photographs or videos

* Stairs and floor levels

* Elevator availability

* Walking or carrying distance

* Parking and loading conditions

* Building restrictions

* Required crew size

* Required vehicle

* Packing requirements

* Disassembly or reassembly

* Specialty or unusually heavy items

* Requested dates and times

* Travel distance

* Additional services

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

Unless expressly identified as a binding or fixed price in a manner permitted by applicable law, a quote is an estimate and may change if the actual circumstances or services differ from the information provided.

Where applicable law requires a particular form of estimate, Order for Service, tariff, Bill of Lading, or other document, that document governs the applicable charges and terms.

4. Changes in Scope

Additional charges may apply when conditions differ materially from what was disclosed when the quote was prepared.

Examples may include:

* Additional furniture, boxes, or other items

* Undisclosed stairs

* Elevator restrictions or delays

* Long carries

* Parking difficulties

* Additional stops

* Waiting time

* Building delays

* Additional packing

* Furniture requiring unexpected disassembly

* Oversized or unusually heavy items

* Hoisting or specialty handling

* Storage

* Additional labor

* Customer-requested changes

* Access conditions that increase the time or resources necessary to complete the job

Where applicable, additional charges will be determined according to YYD's applicable tariff, Service Documents, and governing law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

* Provide accurate information about the move or delivery

* Provide safe and lawful access to all locations

* Obtain required building permissions

* Reserve elevators or loading areas when required

* Disclose Certificate of Insurance requirements in advance

* Identify fragile, valuable, antique, oversized, unusually heavy, or specialty items

* Identify items requiring special handling

* Secure personal documents, cash, jewelry, medications, keys, and other irreplaceable personal property

* Properly prepare items not being packed by YYD

* Be available or provide an authorized representative at pickup and delivery

* Inspect the premises and shipment as appropriate

* Pay all amounts due under the applicable Service Documents

Customers must not request that YYD employees, contractors, or crew members perform work that is unsafe, illegal, or outside the agreed scope.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Unless YYD expressly agrees otherwise in writing and applicable law permits transportation, customers may not include:

* Illegal goods

* Firearms or ammunition

* Explosives

* Flammable materials

* Hazardous chemicals

* Gasoline or fuel

* Propane tanks

* Controlled substances

* Perishable goods requiring specialized transportation

* Live animals

* Cash

* Negotiable securities

* Irreplaceable legal or financial documents

* Other hazardous, prohibited, or regulated materials

YYD may refuse to transport any item that presents an unreasonable safety, legal, or property risk.

The customer is responsible for damages, expenses, fines, or other losses resulting from prohibited or hazardous items knowingly or improperly included in a shipment, to the extent permitted by law.

7. High-Value and Specialty Items

Customers must disclose before booking any items requiring special handling, including antiques, fine art, collectibles, designer furniture, marble, glass, safes, pianos, unusually heavy items, or other high-value property.

YYD may require additional information, photographs, specialized equipment, additional personnel, additional charges, or a separate agreement before accepting such items.

Failure to disclose an item's unusual value, weight, fragility, or handling requirements may affect YYD's ability to accept the item and may affect liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Packing and Customer-Packed Items

When customers pack their own boxes or containers, they are responsible for using appropriate materials and packing methods.

YYD is not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by inadequate customer packing, pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, inherent defects, or the inherent nature of an item, except to the extent YYD is legally responsible under applicable law.

YYD may refuse to transport improperly packed items when transportation would create an unreasonable risk of injury or damage.

9. Furniture Disassembly and Reassembly

YYD may provide basic furniture disassembly and reassembly when included in the booked service.

Some furniture—including particleboard furniture, previously damaged furniture, custom pieces, antiques, modular systems, and furniture that has been repeatedly assembled and disassembled—may be particularly susceptible to damage.

YYD may decline to disassemble or reassemble an item when doing so would create an unreasonable risk of damage or injury.

10. Buildings, Elevators and Certificates of Insurance

Customers are responsible for determining their building's moving requirements before the scheduled service date.

Any Certificate of Insurance (“COI”) requirements must be submitted to YYD sufficiently in advance.

A booking is not a representation that YYD can satisfy every building's insurance or operational requirements.

If building restrictions prevent or delay service, additional charges, rescheduling fees, or cancellation terms may apply to the extent permitted by the applicable Service Documents and law.

11. Deposits and Reservations

A deposit or reservation payment may be required to reserve a crew, vehicle, and service date.

A requested date is not guaranteed until YYD confirms the reservation.

The applicable quote or booking confirmation will identify the deposit and payment requirements.

Deposits will be refundable, non-refundable, or transferable only as stated in the applicable cancellation policy, Service Documents, and governing law.

12. Payments

Customers agree to pay all lawful charges associated with services performed.

Payment methods may include credit card, debit card, electronic payment, ACH, or other payment methods authorized by YYD.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Customers authorize YYD and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for amounts the customer has authorized or is obligated to pay under the applicable Service Documents.

YYD will not impose charges inconsistent with applicable law, tariffs, estimates, Bills of Lading, or other controlling Service Documents.

13. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should notify YYD as soon as possible if a move or delivery must be cancelled or rescheduled.

Applicable cancellation, deposit, and rescheduling charges will be disclosed during booking or in the applicable Service Documents.

YYD may cancel or reschedule service when reasonably necessary because of severe weather, unsafe conditions, vehicle breakdown, emergencies, legal restrictions, building restrictions, customer misrepresentation, or circumstances outside YYD's reasonable control.

When required by law, any refund or other remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable requirements.

14. Arrival and Delivery Times

Pickup, arrival, and completion times may be provided as estimated windows unless YYD expressly agrees in writing to guaranteed service.

Moving and transportation can be affected by traffic, weather, building access, elevators, parking, previous jobs, road closures, mechanical issues, and other circumstances outside YYD's reasonable control.

YYD does not guarantee an exact arrival or completion time unless the applicable Service Documents expressly provide a guaranteed service commitment.

15. Loss, Damage and Valuation

YYD's responsibility for loss or damage to household goods is governed by applicable federal or state law and the valuation option selected by the customer in the applicable Service Documents.

Customers may be required to select a level of valuation or liability protection before transportation begins.

Valuation is not necessarily the same as insurance.

The customer's rights, YYD's liability, available valuation options, claim procedures, exclusions, and applicable limits will be governed by the applicable Bill of Lading, tariff, valuation selection, Service Documents, and law.

Nothing in these website Terms is intended to waive or reduce any protection or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

16. Pre-Existing Damage

Customers should identify existing scratches, dents, cracks, stains, loose components, structural weaknesses, or other damage before service begins.

YYD may photograph or document the condition of furniture, property, entrances, hallways, elevators, or other relevant areas before or during service.

YYD is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration that was not caused by YYD, subject to applicable law.

17. Claims

Customers should report suspected loss or damage as soon as reasonably possible.

Claims must be submitted according to the procedures and deadlines contained in the applicable Bill of Lading, tariff, Service Documents, and governing law.

Customers must provide reasonable documentation necessary to investigate a claim, which may include:

* Photographs

* Videos

* Proof of ownership

* Proof of value

* Repair estimates

* Purchase receipts

* Description of the damage

* Shipment or booking information

YYD reserves the right to inspect damaged property or request reasonable supporting documentation before resolving a claim.

Nothing in these Terms shortens a statutory claim period or eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YYD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of use, arising from the use of our website or services.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not override any liability YYD is legally required to assume for household goods under applicable transportation law or the applicable Service Documents.

YYD's liability for transported property will be determined according to the applicable valuation selection, tariff, Bill of Lading, Service Documents, and governing law.

19. Customer-Caused Damage or Delay

To the extent permitted by law, customers are responsible for reasonable costs or losses caused by their intentional misconduct, material misrepresentations, undisclosed hazardous conditions, prohibited goods, or failure to obtain required access or authorization.

Customers are not responsible for losses caused by YYD's negligence or misconduct where applicable law places responsibility on YYD.

20. Third-Party Services

YYD may use third-party providers for services such as payment processing, communications, software, vehicle rental, or other business functions.

Use of a third-party service does not eliminate rights or obligations that applicable law places on YYD as the customer's mover or carrier.

Third-party websites and software may have their own terms and privacy policies.

21. Website Use

You agree not to:

* Attempt to interfere with the website or its security

* Submit fraudulent quote requests

* Impersonate another person

* Use the website for unlawful purposes

* Attempt unauthorized access to YYD systems

* Introduce malicious software

* Scrape or reproduce protected website content without authorization

YYD may restrict access to its website when reasonably necessary to protect the company, customers, systems, or other users.

22. Intellectual Property

The Yes Yes Deliver name, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, text, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to YYD unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by law.

23. Privacy

Information submitted through our website, quote forms, payment systems, and communications is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Third-party processors may process certain information necessary to provide requested services.

24. Dispute Resolution

Because moving services may be governed by different federal and state dispute-resolution requirements, disputes will be handled according to applicable law and the controlling Service Documents.

For interstate household-goods transportation, YYD will provide any arbitration program and notices required by federal law.

Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to waive a right that applicable law prohibits YYD from requiring the customer to waive.

Any contractual arbitration provision used by YYD will be separately disclosed where appropriate and will apply only to the extent legally enforceable.

25. Governing Law

Except where federal transportation law or another jurisdiction's mandatory law applies, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any venue or jurisdiction provision will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Force Majeure

YYD will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, road closures, civil emergencies, building shutdowns, utility failures, or similar events.

This provision does not eliminate obligations that cannot legally be waived.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

28. No Waiver

YYD's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision in the future.

29. Changes to These Terms

YYD may update these Terms periodically.

The effective date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter an existing customer's contractual rights where prohibited by law.
