with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
In your message, please include:

The email address and/or phone number associated with your Yes Yes Deliver account
A short note confirming you want your data deleted
Once we verify your identity, we’ll begin processing your request.
3. What Happens When You Request Deletion
After we confirm your request, we will:
Permanently delete your account and all personally identifiable data from our internal databases.
Remove your data from any connected third-party platforms we use to operate Yes Yes Deliver (including delivery management, payment processing, analytics, and customer support tools).
Confirm deletion by email once the process is complete.
We aim to complete all verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
4. Data That Cannot Be Immediately Deleted
Certain information may need to be retained temporarily for:
Legal or regulatory compliance (for example, payment records required by tax law)
Security and fraud prevention
Transaction verification or dispute resolution
This data will be securely stored and automatically deleted once it is no longer required for those limited purposes.
5. Impact of Data Deletion
Deleting your account and data will:
Remove your access to the Yes Yes Deliver platform, app, and any active orders
Delete your delivery history and payment records (except where retention is legally required)
Cancel any upcoming deliveries or pending payments
Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
